Author: RustyHey! The ramp at Fort Gnarwhal is finished tonight! It's two feet high and eight feet wide. Small, right? But, it has a pump hump and a spine! Killer!! A ramp in my house is something I've always wanted, and now I've got it! Thanks to Jason, Craig, BigJim, Gramps, Curtis, Mutant, Amanda and Chris and any others i forget for your help! Anyway, tomorow should be a beautiful day. I plan to make the Penn lunch session and if anyone there want's to take a spin on my ramp afterward, you are more than welcome. Laters.

Author: AZI am going to try and make a k-beam clone. I have glued up the center beam big enough to make two or three beams. I am shopping for veneers 1/17" and 1/20th for cross grain. I will use 8/4 (2") thick hardwood to press with. I will use routers shapers and table saws to cut the beam, as well as concave, into the blocks for pressing. I am not sure if I should try a traditional k-beam or a double kick. I borrowed daves old beamer to measure up. What do you guys think?
